Michael Wendler has new problems in Germany. This time it’s about his condominium in Dinslaken (North Rhine-Westphalia). This is now threatened with the foreclosure auction.
Dinslaken / North Rhine-Westphalia – pop singer Michael Wendler * (49) threatens again trouble: This time it is not about the arrest warrant that the Duisburg District Court recently issued against the Wendler * or other possible problems with the demands of the tax office do have. This time, the origin of the problem is the “Wendler” condominium in Dinslaken, reveals RUHR24 *.

Michael Wendler: Apartment in Dinslaken is threatened with foreclosure sale
Michael Wendler is said to own seven condominiums worth 1.2 million euros, according to Watson in 2020 in his documentary soap “Laura and the Wendler – Now we’re getting married!”. Wendler’s mother Christine Tiggemann, who died in February 2021 due to a heart attack *, lived rent-free in one of the apartments. It is precisely this apartment that is now going to hit the collar.
As Bild exclusively reports, the Wendler apartment is to face a foreclosure sale in February 2022. The reason: Neither Michael Wendler nor his mother had taken care of the ancillary costs in the past four years. Overall, the homeowners from the “Wendler” condominium still have bills of around 4,000 euros open.
According to the picture , the house owners tried to deliver the open bills to Wendler, but Laura Müller’s husband (21) was “not found” (more celebrity news from NRW * on RUHR24).
Michael Wendler owes the Dinslaken tax office – the apartment is being auctioned
The threatened auction is not only about the fact that Wendler is said to have cheated the bill in terms of ancillary costs – but also about the demands of the tax office. As Michael Wendler himself admitted in his docu-soap in 2020, the Dinslaken tax office is demanding almost one million euros in arrears in taxes from him.
The background: his horse ranch in Dinslaken. “Michael Wendler had run a horse stud for years, including as a commercial enterprise. That is, he wanted to make money from it. He wanted to breed horses and sell them, ”said ex-manager Markus Krampe in the docu-soap on Vox last year.
However, the tax office did not recognize the “Wendler” ranch as a company, but rather referred to it as a “hobby” because “no big profits were ever made”. Michael Wendler was promptly asked to pay.
Michael Wendler and Laura Müller: Singer could be debt-free after the apartment was foreclosed
From the proceeds of the condominium in Dinslaken, part of the Wendler’s debts with the tax office is to be repaid. Wendler told Bild : “My real estate in Germany is finally being sold to counter the demands of the tax office and what I believe to be the so-called ‘hobby’ fantasy tax.”
Also means: Apparently, it’s not only the Wendler apartment in Dinslaken, but also the singer’s other properties. According to the speculation of the picture at the tax office, the Wendler could then even be debt-free. Because “I am convinced that my condominium will achieve a high amount in the auction,” says the singer in Bild .
Michael Wendler: Mother Christine’s apartment is threatened with foreclosure sale – additional costs not paid
Incidentally, Wendler does not want to know anything about not having paid the ancillary costs properly: he gave his mother the right to live in his apartment for the rest of her life and she did not have to pay any rent. The deceased should only have taken care of the ancillary costs.
“Since my mother wanted to take care of the ancillary costs for the apartment that I made available free of charge, I cannot comment on the claims of the property management company,” announced Wendler. * RUHR24 is part of the IPPEN.MEDIA editorial network
