The grandson of Queen Elizabeth II* (95), he is passionate about opportunities for personal growth, increased awareness and an all-round better life through proactive coaching. Despite all the euphoria, Harry initially overshot the mark. His call to quit joyless jobs did not go down well*.

At the virtual event with the sports icon, the prince spoke openly about his experiences. He had “experienced burnout” and wanted to encourage everyone to focus on their own well-being. As a husband and father, he knows how difficult it is: “Self-care is the first thing that falls away. I’ll gladly admit that.”

He takes 30 to 45 minutes every morning to focus on himself. “One of the children is already in kindergarten. The other one might just be sleeping. There is a break in our program,” he says. “Either we train, walk the dog, go out into nature or meditate.” Such a break should be as natural as brushing your teeth.

He also has a coach, Harry admits. “I was paired with my coach who, frankly, is really great and has always given me good advice and a new perspective, which is very valuable,” he says. * 24royal.de is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA
