Result European elections: Borrell gives the European victory to the PSOE, Vox enters with 3 seats and Puigdemont and Junqueras achieve theirs

The PSOE list to the European Parliament headed by the acting Foreign Minister, Josep Borrell, has won the elections held this Sunday by obtaining 20 seats (32.8%). For its part, the PP has harvested 12 representatives (20.1%) as the second force, avoiding the ‘sorpasso’ of Citizens (12.2%), which has been placed in third place with 7 parliamentarians. For its part, Unidas Podemos has registered 6 seats (10%) and Vox has made its debut in the European Parliament with 3 (6%). The 2014 European elections were won by the PP with 16 seats and 26.06% , followed by the PSOE with 14 seats and 23% percent of the votes.
