In the meantime, the city of Nuremberg * has already implemented the requirements of the Bavarian Administrative Court. The pubs and bars there are allowed to reopen from today. And that although the incidence values continue to rise here too.

Cabinet meeting: Söder is against a general opening of bars and pubs

For example, a link to incidence values is conceivable. Söder could also imagine special regulations for curfew, the serving of alcohol or compulsory seating.
That does not go far enough for the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, Aiwanger. It was “high time” that bars and pubs were allowed to go about their business again after the long lockdown *. For him, the tried and tested concepts for protection against the coronavirus * – such as a hygiene plan – would be sufficient. This is the only way to ensure that there are fewer private meetings in party rooms, according to Aiwanger.
