The death of Steve Jobs ranks fifth, while the eighth position is for the video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 . The tenth item on the list is Hurricane Irene.
As for the most popular topics on the social network in Spain, the “indignant”, the Spanish “cucumbers” (mistakenly blamed for the European outbreak of the E. coli bacteria) and the word “privacy” top the ranking. Also on the list are the 20N elections (5th place) and the massive drop in Blackberry mobile phone services (9th place).
