This Saturday the second edition of Bulevar Campesino takes place on the Bogotá-Girardot highway

The event will take place in the employee entrance bay of the “Piscilago” water park, in the municipality of Nilo (Cundinamarca).

This Saturday on the Bogotá-Girardot highway the second edition of Bulevar Campesino will be held, an activity that seeks to support the economic reactivation of rural producers and artisans in the region. In addition, to offer travelers the possibility of acquiring fresh and quality products directly.

The Boulevard will be located in the entrance bay for employees of the “Piscilago” water park, in the municipality of Nilo (Cundinamarca), and will have space for farmers and artisans to market products such as guatilas, avocados, wrapped wraps, oranges, lemons mandarins, aromatic plants, blackberries, fruit pulp, organic coffee, sago achiras, coconut oil, soaps, honey, crochet crafts, totumo and seeds, among others.

The activity began this Friday and on Saturday, June 5, it will be held between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., where participants will be able to offer their products for free, as the Vía 40 Express and the Colombian Air Force will provide implements for the assembly of your stands.

This second version of the Boulevard will be carried out in partnership with the Vía 40 Express concession, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Rural Development Agency, the Reincorporation and Standardization Agency, the Colombian Air Force and the Traffic and Transportation Police .

In addition, this version will involve the reincorporated from the ARN of the Territorial Training and Reincorporation Space (ETCR) La Fila, located in the municipality of Icononzo, Tolima.

It is worth remembering that the first Campesino Boulevard was held on December 12 and 13 of last year in Fusagasugá, where 20 associations of farmers and artisans from the municipalities of Silvania, Fusagasugá, Granada, Tibacuy and Girardot exhibited and commercialized their products.
