What happens after the state of alarm ?: All restrictions and measures by autonomous community

The end of the state of alarm in Spain leaves citizens with endless doubts about what can and cannot be done. What time does the alarm state end? Will there be a curfew in my city? Can I meet partners at my home? Can I leave my province without being fined? The answer to all these questions will depend on the autonomous community where you reside since as of this Sunday, May 9, the restrictions and sanitary measures against the coronavirus will have to be approved by the Superior Courts of Justice of each territory. The obligation to give pre-assigned seats to attendees and the free space between seats is maintained.The gyms and areas dedicated to sports may be open, with a maximum capacity of 50%, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Andalusia The Junta de Andalucía has also announced that the curfew will fall with the state of alarm this 9 May. Thus, the hotel business may remain open until 00:00 hours. Regarding nightlife, Andalusian pubs and discos will be allowed to open until 02:00, maintaining the mandatory nature of the mask. At the same time that Madrid, Andalusia will not put restrictions on meetings in homes. And the perimeter closure will cease to be in force. The Chairman of the Board, Juanma Moreno, has announced a mechanism to control possible outbreaks through which they will be able to re-impose restrictions in the localities that present a high contagion rate and will be able to close the activity not essential if the health situation requires it.ExtremaduraThe perimeter closure of the Extremadura region declines along with the fall of the state of alarm. Capacity restrictions in meetings are eliminated, although a maximum of six people per group is recommended both in the private and public sphere.Regarding the capacity of commercial establishments, it rises to 75%. There will be no curfew Balearic Islands The Government of Francina Armengol presented some measures, endorsed by the Balearic Justice, that maintain the curfew between 23:00 and 06:00 hours until May 23 and only the essential cause displacements. Health controls will be maintained at the entrance of the Balearic Islands to people from other autonomous communities with a negative coronavirus test. During the validity period, only family and social gatherings and gatherings of a maximum of six people can be held indoors or outdoors, both in public and private spaces. Ceuta The Autonomous City of Ceuta has not yet announced the restrictions or measures that will be adopted after May 9.Melilla The Government of Melilla has announced that it will not request the maintenance of the curfew at 10:00 p.m. that has been applying since October 2020 or the travel ban as of this Sunday, but it does intend to maintain the limitation of meetings, private and public, to a maximum of six people (currently there are four) and also the limitation of hours in hospitality and commerce and capacity in religious centers.
