They translate the image of a beautiful nebula into sound

Scientists have taken this fabulous image and transformed it into sounds, something that offers us the opportunity to "hear" the spectacular astronomical photography.

Transforming data into sounds

Sonification offers researchers a new way to analyze their digital data. In this case, the nebula NGC 2392, located about 5,000 light years away from Earth , is a nebula formed after the massive explosion and death of a star similar to the Sun.

It has a fuzzy golden outer ring, which is actually a group of comet-shaped objects with their tails moving away from the central star. As the star exploded in all directions, it created an explosion of a relatively circular shape.

What appear to be white and yellow-orange bubbles in the central zone is actually matter blown away by the star's stellar winds, as well as gas.

It is one of the most fascinating and best-defined images of a dying star .

Slaves and Disabled: Forced Medical Test Volunteers

The main problem to carry out medical research is to have willing volunteers for it. And if they come out for free, much better. This is the story of unethical behavior in medical research.
