Is that really there? A request for a flat that is supposed to hang in Munich causes astonishment beyond the borders of the Bavarian capital.
Munich / Berlin – The Instagram page “Notes of Berlin” actually specializes in bizarre note discoveries from Berlin. But now a discovery from Munich was given (dubious) honors: an apartment application. That had already been posted a few days earlier on the “Notes of Germany” page, which collects finds across Germany. The fact that the photo is current and real and that no one has exchanged a number is of course not confirmed, but it doesn’t look like a fake either. According to the information, a user named Tim snapped it.

Of course, the price that is mentioned on the alleged piece of paper is the main reason for discussion. Presumably, users from all over Germany participate in the comments. The fact that the real estate market in Munich and the region is overheated is nothing new – but so much? “Bidde what?”, “Geil”, “Huch”, “Wat ?!” and “Unbelievable”, amazed viewers.

Is Munich worth the money?
