Shots in Saarbrücken: house search escalates – man shoots at police officers

Saarbrücken – On Friday morning around 8:40 a.m., a search of the apartment in the Klarenthal district escalated. A 67-year-old man shoots officers and barricades himself in his apartment. SEK and snipers are on site and cordon off the crime scene over a large area.
As reported by LUDWIGSHAFEN24, a police officer was shot and another officer was also injured during the operation in Saarbrücken (Saarland).

Residents should close windows and doors because the danger has not yet been banned. The perpetrator keeps shooting from his apartment at the officers. (jol)
