Is there a female intuition?

It has always been said that women are more intuitive than men. But does female intuition really exist? A study, carried out by researchers from the universities of Granada, Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona and Middlesex University of London and which has been published in the journal Psychoneuroendocrinology , raises us doubts.

The team of scientists affirms that women are more intuitive than men due to a biological component (related to the lower prenatal exposure to testosterone in the womb) that predisposes them to be more intuitive and less reflective than men during their lives. Men, who receive more prenatal testosterone, are therefore riskier and less empathetic than women.

Therefore, women share intuitive thinking , that which is processed automatically and unconsciously, and men share reflective thinking , which requires conscious analysis and greater effort. None is better than another, since sometimes "letting yourself be carried away by intuition" will lead us to be successful and on others, reflecting on the matter and making a decision will be the key.
