Taking a screenshot of our Apple Watch
The process is similar to the one we follow when we take a screenshot on iPhone or iPad. Although it is essential to enable the screen capture function on our watch through the Watch app on our iPhone.
To enable it, we must open the Watch app, click on the General button and slide along the screen until we find the option Activate screenshots . In case it is not enabled, we simply have to slide the gray switch until it stays green, which will be a sign that we have enabled it.
Once this is done, to make a capture directly on our Apple Watch we must simultaneously press the digital crown and the power button , which we find located just below.
We expect the typical noise of the screenshot, the appearance of the visual white flash (the screen will flash for a second) and a slight vibration of the device. When this happens, it will be a confirmation that the screenshot was successful. Of course, the sound of the camera shutter will not be heard if we do not have the audio enabled.
It is possible that if we press and hold the side button for a long time, the option to turn off the clock will appear. If so, we must press the digital crown again to return to where we were.
Where to find the screenshot made on our Apple Watch?
