Although we are already more than used to 3D printers, the truth is that when they emerged they seemed like science fiction : these devices are capable of 'creating' three-dimensional objects from scratch by adding layers of material.
Its uses go beyond mere curiosity, since with 3D printing you can make prostheses, create replicas of archaeological finds and even build houses. In fact, the first lunar base could most likely be built with a 3D printer.
