A new security robot

t34a A new robotic security guard has just been born. It’s called T-34 , and when it identifies an intruder it can throw a net on it, emulating the famous spider-man tactics. Its creators, the domestic robot company Tmsuk and the security specialist Alacom, presented it yesterday in society in Tokyo.

T-34 circulates at ten kilometers per hour and incorporates a camera that is controlled remotely via mobile phone . The robot has sensors that trigger the alarm and allow the user to verify in real time that the suspect has been reduced. Its commercialization in the Japanese market could be immediate.
