Dortmund – Weather experts counted as many hot days up to the end of July 2022 as they do throughout the summer. But it’s only two-thirds up, reports the German Weather Service.
This means that the weather in summer 2022 in NRW is already too dry and too hot. According to the experts, the target on hot days has long been reached if you compare the current values with those of the past 30 years. Even then, climate change had already made itself felt. For the future, however, the experts expect a bitter trend.
