After a local biker club learned of a boy's fears that he might be bullied at his new school, they escorted him on his first day of school.
Allentown, Pennsylvania – A 16-year-old boy with Down syndrome was bullied in his schools for years. The members of a local motorcycle gang got wind of this and literally became the “guardian angels” of the Pennsylvania schoolboy. Parents had previously expressed concern on Facebook that their son might have bad experiences at the new high school.
To protect him: bikers escort boys with Down syndrome to school
After learning about the family's fears, the bikers banded together, picked the boy up from home – and escorted him to the new high school on dozen of motorcycles.
