App from Baden-Württemberg should help with back pain

Back pain is now one of the most common complaints in Germany. A physiotherapist from Tübingen has developed an app to counteract this.

Tübingen – Due to the corona pandemic, many people have spent a lot of time in the home office. Poor posture and desk work have caused many people complaints such as back pain. Physiotherapy provides relief in most cases. But even if many patients do well with the exercises during the sessions, they neglect the training at home. A physiotherapist from Tübingen has therefore developed an app for home use against back pain.
