Anyone who is histamine intolerant cannot tolerate tomatoes, wine, chocolate or cheese. But do healthy people also benefit from low-histamine products?

In the case of the lion's den (DHDL), a start-up has inspired several investors. It bears the name "HistaFit" and wants to bring low-histamine products to German supermarkets.
