Bancolombia seeks 114 young talents for paid internships

Bancolombia launched a call for 114 young talents who want to complete their internship in various areas of the organization throughout the national territory. The objective is to open spaces for them to have their first approach to the labor market.

There are vacancies for technical apprentices, technologists, and professionals in specialties such as management, finance, design, technology, and law, among others.

In addition to economic remuneration, the entity offers spaces for training and development led by leaders who guide the process.

“All our actions are focused on promoting sustainable economic development that generates well-being for all, and we seek that our apprentices adopt that purpose in their professional growth. Likewise, we are passionate about reinventing ourselves, and that is why you will find an organization that invites constant learning in a close and flexible work environment ”, says Mauricio Rosillo, Corporate Vice President of Bancolombia.

The financial entity also has the following calls active:

  • More than 100 vacancies in technology, aimed at programmers in different cities of the country.
  • 14 calls for operational and professional positions, including positions for risk and compliance analysts, and commercial managers, among others.
  • More than 20 vacancies for project professionals, with analytical, accounting and process design profiles.
