While the media is busy reporting the divorce from Bill and Melinda Gates, there is an eerie silence at Microsoft. So far there has been no formal discussion about the couple’s separation. No internal team meetings or e-mail circulars were sent. While Microsoft continues to leave the news uncommented, it could become more difficult in the future for the tech giant to remain silent about Bill Gates’ misconduct in the workplace.

Bill Gates had several extramarital relationships

Former Bill Gates employees report inappropriate workplace behavior, romantic relationships with co-workers, and the strenuous demands of a boss who portrayed himself as a good-natured tech nerd for years. As reported by a person who worked for Microsoft, Bill Gates was very generous with the use of nondisclosure agreements. This would prevent information that could damage Gates’ image from reaching the public.
