Christmas is always an expensive time of year. But the Christmas tree is simply part of it. The prices should remain similar to last year.
Hamburg – Christmas is usually an expensive time of year. Presents, Christmas parties and Christmas markets take care of that. Fir trees should at least not blow the wallet this year. Firs remain affordable for the time being.
* 24hamburg.de reveals here what Christmas trees should cost in northern Germany.
The prices should not increase at least compared to the previous year. Even so, there could be an increase in the long run, as the production of Christmas trees will become more expensive. In the next year, the producers will have to pass the increase on to the dealers, who in turn could transfer this to the prices for private customers.
According to estimates by the Federal Association of Christmas Tree Manufacturers, 23 million trees will be sold in Germany this year. A trend that has emerged in recent years: Many people now buy two trees, one for the apartment and one for the balcony, for example. In addition, more and more small fir trees of around 1.50 meters are desired. * 24hamburg.de is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA.
