Finding a parking space in cities can be stressful. Residents therefore often pay fees for their own parking spaces. A regulation ensured that they weren't too high – but that will soon change.
Stuttgart – Finding a parking space in cities away from parking garages can be a challenge. In addition, there are high costs and parking tickets if the parking time is exceeded. Residents bypass this drama by usually getting separate zones from the city – but also charging annual fees for them. So far, these have been manageable because a nationwide regulation stipulated a maximum. However, this maximum is no longer applicable. As BW24 * reports, cities in the southwest want to increase parking fees for residents.
That could also have an impact on the traffic in Stuttgart. However, the state capital has not yet commented on it (BW24 * reported). * BW24 is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA
