Numerous climate activists around the world are resorting to increasingly drastic means to draw attention to the climate crisis.
Just recently, a climate protest group paralyzed the Paris city highway by taped their hands to the concrete. Similar incidents also occur in Vienna. The members of the group “Last Generation Austria” blocked the Vienna Ringstrasse on Tuesday.

The climate movement said they wanted to draw attention to the rise in prices, the record drought and another heat wave that was just beginning, and called on the government to finally take countermeasures with sensible austerity measures.
