Corona deniers use his song: Westernhagen is now sending a clear signal

Singer Marius Müller-Westernhagen (73) has published a photo on his Instagram profile that shows him vaccinating – he wrote the word “freedom”. This is also the title of his cult song from 1987. His fans rated this action on Friday as a statement in the vaccination debate – and as a defense of his music from opponents of the Corona measures. So far, Westerhagen has always been silent about the use and reinterpretation of his song. His circle of acquaintances said he did not want to fuel the discussion any further, according to bild.de.
