There is a life after Agent 007. Actor Daniel Craig will soon play Macbeth on Broadway in New York.

New York – After leaving as James Bond, British actor Daniel Craig (53) returns to New York's Broadway.

Craig will take over the leading roles in a production of Shakespeare's "Macbeth" together with fellow actress Ruth Negga (39), the organizers announced on Wednesday. The performances should start in March.

Craig had previously appeared on Broadway several times, including 2013 together with his wife Rachel Weisz in the play "Betrayal".
