Animal-human love at first sight: An animal shelter dog meets a journalist and chooses him as her new owner.
Kassel – Love at first sight is a phenomenon that no one can really explain. At first sight, a person falls in love with another – usually. The online portal iheartdogs.com also reports on such an experience. However, not two people find each other here and fall in love with each other. A dog clings to a man at an animal shelter as if to say, “You’re mine!”.
There are heartwarming footage of this “reverse adoption” on YouTube. A dog can be seen hugging a reporter’s leg lovingly and for a long time. According to iheartdogs.com, the journalist comes to the shelter where she lives to write an article.
The animal shelter bitch takes the initiative and chooses her new owner
Other dogs are also watching the strange man. However, only a light brown bitch dares to approach and show affection to the journalist. It almost seems as if the bitch has chosen her new owner. The journalist is touched by the gesture. He starts stroking the bitch. After some time, the man even decides to give the fur nose a new home. This is reported by iheartdogs.com.
The online reactions to the video are unequivocal. “The decision to adopt the dog was the right one!” wrote one Reddit user. The bitch and her new owner may not have found each other, but they found each other. So if you are looking for a four-legged friend yourself, you should pay close attention to the reaction of the animals when visiting the animal shelter. It can happen that you don’t have to search yourself, but are selected by an animal. (ebb)
