Easyfly will double the offer of flights between Bogotá and Florence, in Caquetá

As of June 7, the airline will operate two daily flights from Monday to Friday and one on Saturdays and Sundays

Easyfly announced this Friday that it will increase its offer from six to 12 weekly flights between Bogotá and Florence, in Caqueta. The decision comes after the positive results presented since the restart of operation of this route in which more than 9,000 passengers have been mobilized.

From June 7, the Bogotá-Florencia-Bogotá route will operate up to 12 weekly flights on the ATR42 aircraft with capacity for 50 passengers and ATR72 with capacity for 70 passengers.

"At Easyfly we continue to contribute to regional connectivity and development, this increase in supply will undoubtedly contribute to regional development, our plans to continue connecting the country do not stop and this route is a sample of the many projects that the airline still has to connect plus the Amazon and the Orinoquia with the rest of the country ”, said Alfonso Ávila Velandia, president of the airline.

The airline also mentioned that it normalized its air operation and currently connects Bogotá with Pereira, Armenia, Quibdó, Manizales, Neiva, Florencia, Barrancabermeja, Yopal, Popayán, Puerto Asís and Arauca.

In addition, since May 22, one of the most ambitious plans to connect Bogotá and Villavicencio with the capital cities of the departments of Guainía, Vaupés, Guaviare and soon Vichada began.
