Berlin – One of the most famous chefs in Germany is opening a new restaurant in Berlin and is breaking new ground at the same time. Tim Mälzer opens the “Chiaro” in the Berlin luxury hotel Hotel de Rome, a gastronomic offer no less geared towards luxury with a more than interesting fusion cuisine that makes the mouth watering for the connoisseur with a sure taste. But some “fans” are not at all enthusiastic about Mälzer's new opening and make it known.
