When is the payment to ISSSTE pensioners?
The Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE) will make the deposit of payments to retirees and pensioners from next Friday, July 29 . Regularly, the ISSSTE makes the payments on the last days of the month, that is, on the 30th and 31st, however, since on this occasion they fall on a weekend, the payment will be made earlier.
When is the payment to IMSS pensioners?
The beneficiaries of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) will receive their payments next Monday, August 1.
At the end of 2020, the IMSS had approximately 4.39 million pensioners and retirees in its registered population.
This data represented an increase of approximately 35,000 people with respect to the figure for the month of November of that same year.
The figure registered another increase at the end of the study period, at the end of November 2021, the total number of pensioners and retirees in the IMSS exceeded 4.59 million .
The amounts of the IMSS 2022 Pension payments are generated as part of the contributions and are measured in UMA, the unit of measurement that is adjusted every day based on the minimum wage, so it is the indicator of how much is contributed to a pension payment.
In addition, the IMSS 2022 Pension guidelines establish that the increase will only apply to retirees who process their pension throughout 2023 and in the case of people retired in previous years, an adjustment will be made based on the Price Index to the consumer.
The UMA will be adjusted as of December 1, 2022, so that the increase in the IMSS Pension can take effect as of the first day of 2023.
