Horror on the plane: Crew discovers baby in the garbage can of an aircraft toilet

A 20-year-old is suspected of having abandoned her newborn baby in a toilet on an Air Mauritius plane. The baby was found there in a trash can.

Mauritius – At Mauritius airport, the airport staff made a terrible find on a plane. They found a newborn in a trash can in the aircraft toilet, as reported by the British BBC, among others.

The plane of the national airline Air Mauritius landed at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport on January 1st. The little boy was found during a routine check-up and was taken straight to a hospital. The alleged mother of the child is said to be a 20-year-old woman from Madagascar. According to the BBC, she is suspected by investigators of having delivered the child on the flight.

The woman denied being the child’s mother. However, a medical examination showed that she had just given birth. The woman was arrested and placed under police surveillance at the hospital. You and the baby should be fine so far.

The 20-year-old from Madagascar is said to have come to Mauritius with a two-year work permit. She is now being charged with abandoning the newborn. (svw)

Again and again there are sometimes dramatic situations on flights or at the airport. The Russian national ice hockey team caused a scandal on the way home – the plane to Frankfurt takes off without them.
