The world’s most popular instant messaging app, WhatsApp, supports free video calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data, even for contacts living abroad. Today we explain how to make individual or group video calls on WhatsApp, which has more than 300 million daily active users.
Although we normally use WhatsApp to write in individual or group chats, it can also be used to make video calls with three other people, since the smartphone screen will be divided into four. - Select a second recipient to add to the current call

If you wonder how to make WhatsApp video calls from your computer, this option is not available with WhatsApp Web, just as voice calls or statuses are not available. To achieve video calls with WhatsApp Web we will have to use the Android application directly . You can download the free Android emulator for Windows and Mac called Bluestacks. You will only have to install it, open it, add the phone number and the other requested information and, once you see the list of contacts, select the one with which you want to make a video call. Choose “call” to confirm the option and give permission to the other instructions on how to record audio and access images. The call will begin immediately and will look exactly like it does from the phone’s mobile app.
But what if I want to add even more people to the video call?
Then you will have to use another type of application such as Skype (with the possibility of adding up to 10 people), Hangouts (up to 10 participants), FaceTime (with support for up to 32 people at the same time), Whereby (up to 4 participants can enter), Facebook Messenger (with the possibility of adding up to 50 people), Google Duo (which allows group video calls of up to 8 people), Houseparty (which allows up to 8 participants), Zoom (up to 100 people but with a maximum of 45 minutes of video call) or Discord (The latter is very popular with gamers and has availability for up to 50 people).
If you want to continue the conversation but the camera does not continue to send video, all you have to do is click on the option to turn off the camera: you just have to click on the crossed-out camera icon.
If you prefer to make standard voice calls over video calls, simply tap the phone icon instead of the video camera icon and you’ve started a voice-only call.
