A VPN (Virtual Private Network) offers us the possibility of generating a secure connection to another network through the Internet, being able to provide us with a wide variety of advantages, since it can be used to protect our browsing activity from prying eyes, or to access to websites restricted by regions (among other aspects).
Although at first this type of network was not created for this purpose, since they were a way to connect different commercial networks safely through the Internet, today they allow us to forward all the traffic of our network to the network , accessing remotely and prevent, for example, any company from having access to our browsing data.
In fairly simple terms, a VPN connects our computer, mobile phone, or tablet to a server somewhere on the Internet, allowing us to browse the Internet using that computer's Internet connection .
