Whether you plan to change your mobile phone , or if you have just bought a new device and simply want to transfer as much data as possible between devices, it is normal that you wonder how it is possible to do it in a much simpler and simple way.
The truth is that, nowadays, moving content between an Android mobile phone and an iPhone , or vice versa, has managed to become a much simpler task than it was until a few years ago, especially thanks to the arrival of storage in the cloud (with iCloud or Google Drive).
In addition, it is also true that both iOS and Android have their own applications or functionalities to make the whole process a little easier, something that is undoubtedly appreciated, especially from the majority of users who have little experience in this sense.
Photographs , for example, are another fundamental element that can be easily transferred or migrated between different mobile phones, as is the case with contacts, messages or calendar events. But, in what way is it possible to transfer images from an Android to an iPhone ?
How to migrate photos from Android to iPhone with Move to iOS
Curiously, when passing photos (and videos) we find practically the same application and the same steps that, in reality, we should follow at first when transferring other basic data, such as contacts, message history or calendars.
In fact, when we are configuring our new iPhone for the first time, in the initial configuration we will find a section entitled Applications and Data , where is the option that interests us the most when moving data from an Android. We select this option and go to our mobile phone in order to install the Move to iOS app , available for download and installation through the Google Play Store.
Once installed, we proceed to open the app and press the Continue button. Then we accept the terms and conditions, and allow the application to access any item it requests.
We return to our new iPhone, and the Move from Android option should appear on the screen. Click Continue and a code will appear. We enter the code that will be displayed on the iPhone screen on our Android phone, select the data we want to move (obviously, the photos and videos between them), and click Next .
If all goes well, and there is no problem at all, the process should start right then. Once completed, we should see all the migrated data on our new iPhone, in its corresponding sections and sections.
