How to watch the Premier League from Mexico

The normal television format is expiring and proof of this is that streaming platforms are monopolizing soccer leagues. Such is the case of the Premier League, because after having been broadcast for years on Sky, it will now be available on Paramount +.

In January of this year, Viacom revealed a three-year agreement with the Premier League that will allow it to broadcast all seasons of the acclaimed English soccer league in Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.

This means that Paramount+ will broadcast all 380 games for the season.

In addition, they not only took away the rights from Sky, but also from commentators Christian Elguea and Ricardo Sales, who for almost a decade were the voices of Sky Sports for the Premier League.

How much does Paramount+ cost?

It has a cost of 79 pesos per month and to create your account you just have to access and follow the steps.

This service arrived in Mexico in mid-2021 and is the CBS platform, so in addition to being able to enjoy the Premier League, you can also access content from Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central and Paramount+ originals.

Where can you see Paramount?

If you already have an Amazon Prime account, you can also access Paramount Plus through it, where they even offer a seven-day free trial and after this period the additional charge of 79 pesos per month is made.

On the other hand, Claro Video also offers within its channel the possibility of contracting additional pay channels such as Fox+, HBO and Paramount +.

This streaming platform costs $115, but if you are a Telmex, Telnor or Telcel user, it is included in the services, so you would only have to contract Paramount + separately.

After the restructuring of HBO Max, 14% of the staff will be cut

The new platform Warner Bros. Discovery will have a cut of 70 positions, according to a report by Variety.
