Do you remember Bloodborne for PSX? An interesting and cool project that proposed us to revisit Yharnam through an aesthetic from another era . Far from staying in a small glimpse of how the exclusive of PS4 would have worked in the first PlayStation, its developers have gone to more.
So much so that the work has reached the famous fight against Father Gascoigne , one of the first bosses we must face. And no matter how many pixels we’re talking about, the combat is still just as hectic and haunting.
Todays #BloodbornePSX dev post will be showing off the full Father Gascoigne boss fight that we’ve been making in secret for the past 2 weeks, make sure to unmute! 🔊

Indeed, we have the scenario completely recreated. The graveyard strewn with graves is where the exchange of blows begins. That mythical exhalation of the enemy , turning towards us, is perfectly matched compared to his version of From Software.
Obviously, being a small project, it progresses slowly, but it is good to see that so many months later it continues its progress without pause. It is yet to be known when a final version or perhaps a playable partial will arrive, but we will be here to tell you about it. By the way, here you have the original version of the combat in Bloodborne, to compare.
