The “Let’s Dance” juror Joachim Llambi has Corona. Now he’s out for the opening show. A replacement is already available.
Cologne – Bad news for fans of “Let’s Dance”. Juror Joachim Llambi will initially fail. He tested positive for Corona and can therefore not sit at the desk for the first time, as usual, in the opening episode of the RTL program. This was announced by a spokesman for the station on Friday – just a few hours before the start of the live show. The whole thing was announced on “Guten Morgen Deutschland”, exact details about the state of health of the dance judge were not yet available.
“Let’s Dance” Juror Llambi hat Corona
Former professional footballer Rúrik Gíslason, who won the dance competition as a candidate last year, will step in as a substitute. Llambi is doing well so far, said the RTL spokesman. He will be added to the show “a few times” via video. Llambi was optimistic about the picture: “I’m doing great and I feel almost no symptoms. I also have no idea where I could have been infected. I was on the road a lot. ”But the rest of the jury around Amira Pocher and Janin Ullman will appear as planned and judge the dancers.
Failure of “Let’s Dance” (RTL): Now a replacement is needed
The 15th season of the format begins on Friday evening (February 18, 8:15 p.m., RTL). First of all there is a so-called introductory show, in which the participating celebrities find out which professional dancer they will be competing with in the coming weeks. Gíslason was already scheduled as an act for the episode – as last year’s winner, he should again show a “favorite dance” from his “Let’s Dance” season with his dance partner Renata Lusin.
