She owned this villa before her relationship with the scrap dealer and now rents it out through Airbnb and floridarentals.com for a hefty price.

Claudia Norberg’s luxury villa can be rented for 270 euros per night. So that guests don’t just stay for one night, the minimum rental period is five nights. The villa has three bedrooms with queen-size and bunk beds and two bathrooms with enough space for six guests.
An open kitchen leads directly into the living room, where you can look out over the large pool area. At the pool you have the choice of sunbathing on a single lounger or relaxing on a large bed in the shade. A small fitness corner can also be found there. “Enjoy a dream vacation in a completely renovated 1,600 square meter house in close proximity to the beach in central Cape Coral,” Claudia Norberg praises her villa on Airbnb.

The veranda alone has as much space as an average two-room apartment in Germany. The area without the pool measures 68 square meters. The pool deck alone is almost 1,000 square meters. According to Claudia Norberg, this should be “cleaned every week by a professional pool company”. So that you can also enjoy the evening in the pool, there is of course separate lighting.
It remains to be seen whether Claudia Norberg will eventually move into the luxury villa herself. First of all, she wants to earn a little money by renting it out.
