Man almost crushed between trucks – emotional thanks to his rescuer from the police

There was a serious accident in Kreuz Hagen in 2019. The trapped accident victim was lucky and was rescued at the last second by the Dortmund police.

Dortmund / Hagen – In July 2019, Tim Dachmann had a serious traffic accident on the A45 / A46 at Kreuz Hagen *. He was wedged under a semi-trailer by a 7.5 ton truck with his car. Dachmann almost died in the process. At the last second, however, the police chief inspector Baskent Öztürk found the driver lying under the rubble. “I wouldn't have expected that. That’s something very special to me. This accident sticks in my mind too, especially the picture, that moment when I discovered Mr. Dachmann, ”remembers Öztürk.
