Oberhausen – On the night of August 25, pedestrians in Oberhausen reported at around 2:40 a.m. that a car was parked on Kapellenstraße, in which an apparently unconscious woman was lying. The police officers who arrived at the scene found a motionless female person in the vehicle. An ambulance could only determine the woman’s death, according to the Essen police.
