Winter and Pentecost holidays have been in place in Rhineland-Palatinate since 2017 in order to shorten the longer period between Easter and summer holidays. However, the Ministry of Education wants to cancel the days off again from 2024, as was announced on Tuesday (October 11). The Christmas holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate, on the other hand, should be longer again.
