The film adaptation of the Hunger Games novel by Suzanne Collins is scheduled to hit theaters in November 2023.
The actor, best known for his role as Tyrion Lannister in the fantasy epic Game of Thrones, will play Dean Casca Highbottom, inventor of the Hunger Games. Francis Lawrence is directing.
So far, four films have been made from the original book trilogy, which grossed around three billion dollars worldwide between 2012 and 2015.
