Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Stéphanie have made themselves comfortable with little Prince Charles in front of the fireplace at home. The Luxembourg royals are ready for the party.
Luxembourg – “Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie of Luxembourg and Prince Charles wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!” If many royals opted for different motifs for sweet greetings at the end of the year, the Luxembourgers keep it classic, but casual. You have made yourself comfortable on the floor and cuddle with bundles of joy Charles (1) and a teddy bear. *
Prince Charles of Luxembourg: A new photo shows that Christmas can come
As always, hearts melt at the sight of the cute 19-month-old heir to the throne, although the giant plush teddy bear can also be seen in the imposing castle backdrop. The Mini-Royal undoubtedly has bigger googly eyes. The Hereditary Grand Duke couple has also thrown themselves in their shell: Princess Stéphanie * (37) gives the scene in her red two-piece suit the Christmas touch, while Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume * (40) in a blue jacket and beige trousers completes the family idyll. The little grandson of Grand Duke Henri * (66) finally shows his attitude towards the cuddle course in a cute bear-and-bunny sweater.
And while ex-Grand Duke Jean * (98, † 2019), Guillaume’s grandfather of Luxembourg, looks at his successors as a portrait on the wall, an exciting year is slowly coming to an end for little Charles. On the Côte d’Azur, he became the focus of a large family get-together in southern France *, he was at a bazaar * with grandmother Maria Teresa of Luxembourg (56) and he only recently met St. Nicholas.

While the Luxembourg palace is saying goodbye with the portrait, Duchess Kate (39) and Prince William (39) chose an alternative to the classic with a Christmas card showing a family picture from their vacation in Jordan *. Duchess Camilla (74) and Prince Charles (73) carefully adjusted their mouthguards on their card and Princess Charlène (43) of Monaco showed an illustrated motif of the Monegasque nobility * under the Christmas tree instead of a photo.
As different as the greetings, the good news remains the same: Christmas can come. * 24royal.de is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA
