This year Máxima had to let two daughters go. It was very difficult for the queen to say goodbye, but in the meantime she has apparently come to terms with the new situation in life.
Trondheim – Queen Máxima (50) and King Willem-Alexander (54) visited the Norwegian royals a few days ago. Despite a tight schedule, there was always time for a private chat. The royal couple was also very open-minded and open to the press.
24royal.de * reveals what Queen Máxima had to say about her daughters Amalia and Alexia.
It has become pretty quiet at Huis ten Bosch Castle this year. First Princess Alexia, 16, left home to move to Wales. There she attended UWC Atlantic College for the next two years until graduation. As party photos that have made the rounds on the Internet show, the pretty teenage girl is apparently already feeling quite comfortable in her new environment. Shortly after her younger sister, Crown Princess Amalia (17) packed her suitcase. The heir to the throne had already announced in the spring that she wanted to explore the world after graduating from school and do an internship before she came of age in December and took on more tasks for the Dutch royal family. Out of consideration for her privacy, the palace does not want to disclose exactly where Amalia is currently abroad. * 24royal.de is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA.
