The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) publishes reports from time to time on vaccination processes and on the side effects of coronavirus vaccines. Vaccination is currently advancing at a good rate in our country, and in many areas of the peninsula it is already beginning to vaccinate the 30 to 39 age group.
According to the AEMPS, at the moment there have been 24,481 adverse reactions of the administered vaccines, which, as the report states, as of May 30, 2021, 26,227,825 doses had been administered.
These vaccines all approved by the EMA (European Medicines Agency) have been supplied differently depending on the brand of each vaccine.
These are the side effects in percentages that have been reported in each vaccine supplied:
AstraZeneca
It is the most controversial vaccine and the one with which the European Union is having the most problems to supply it due to detected cases of thrombosis. Of the 21 reported cases, 5 people died, something that set off the alarms to the European health authorities.
Of all the doses administered in Spain, 19% belong to the AstraZeneca vaccine.

PFizer
It is the most administered vaccine at the moment in our country. Of all the vaccines that have been given so far, 70% of them belong to Pfizer, which has already assured the European Union of vaccine shipments after 2022.
Of the Pfizer side effects, 2,432 cases have been reported as serious. These were the most common reactions:

Modern
Moderna’s vaccine was authorized by the European Union on January 8, 2021. So far 9% of the vaccines supplied in our country belong to Moderna, which has reported these most common side effects:

4. Pain in the vaccination area (18%)
5. Upset (12%)
6. Chills (12%)
7. Nausea (10%)

Janssen
Janssen’s vaccine has been the last to arrive in our country since approval was given on March 15. It is, at the moment, the only vaccine that is injected in single doses, and more than 400,000 doses have already been injected into the Spanish population.
Its most common adverse effects are:
