Social media platforms like Reddit, Snapchat, and TikTok have long blocked misogynist content

Reddit, Snapchat and Co. have been taking action against misogynist influencers for months.

In late August, Andrew Tate, an influencer and content creator known for his misogynistic and hateful statements, was banned from Twitter and Instagram. Now more and more social media platforms are following suit and blocking the 35-year-old and his videos. In fact, in the past few months, several male influencers found to be violating platform policies and deemed dangerous have been banned from Reddit, Snapchat, and TikTok.
