Stuttgart – In the ongoing corona pandemic, many employees are certainly looking forward to the Christmas bonus even more. Some companies pay a full 13th month's wage, other industries pay out the bonus according to collective bargaining agreements. In industry, for example, the Christmas bonus is set by the union. Corporations such as Daimler and Bosch are sticking to the guidelines, and Porsche is going a long way this year. However, not all companies in Baden-Württemberg pay their employees a Christmas bonus, and in most cases they do not go away empty-handed.
