Antonio Barbaro only tattoos vegan in his tattoo studio in Stuttgart. The EU ban on colors makes his work more difficult, but does not mean that he is in dire financial straits.
Stuttgart – More and more people are opting for a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. In his studio "Omega Tattoo" in the east of Stuttgart, tattoo artist Antonio Barbaro only uses color without animal components and free of "animal cruelty". But he doesn't see vegan tattoos as a specialization, he says it's just part of it. In an interview with BW24*, the tattoo artist talks, among other things, about the EU's color ban and the consequences of the regulation.
BW24* explains why the EU ban makes work difficult for a Stuttgart tattoo artist.
The so-called REACH regulation of the EU came into force at the beginning of January and bans certain colors because they are said to be carcinogenic. *BW24 is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA.
