Grand Teton – Investigators have found the alleged body of the missing Gabby Petito in the US state of Wyoming. The identity has not yet been confirmed one hundred percent, said Charles Jones of the FBI in Denver on Sunday afternoon (local time).
The description of Gabby matched the body found. The cause of death is unclear, said Jones. The body was found in the area of the Spring Creek campsite.
Petito and her boyfriend had set off on a trip to the USA in the summer – only the young woman’s 23-year-old boyfriend returned. Meanwhile, the Florida police were also looking for Petito’s friend, who has also disappeared in the meantime. The 23-year-old was reported missing by his family on Friday.
