The fifth film “Bibi & Tina – Simply Different” is currently being produced on the edge of the Oderbruch in Brandenburg. There is also filming in Saxony-Anhalt and Berlin. As with the other four films, Detlev Buck will direct the film, and the actors will be the actors from the series. The film will start in cinemas nationwide on February 17, 2022.
In the new story about the two girls and their adventures, three strange holiday guests come to Martinshof. Bibi (Katharina Hirschberg) and Tina (Harriet Herbig-Matten) deal with Disturber, Silence and Spooky – this is the name of the unusual trio: Silence does not speak, Spooky believes in extraterrestrials and Disturber even declares war on Bibi.
The Berlin comedian Kurt Krömer (“Chez Krömer”) is also switching to acting for a role. He plays the mysterious V. Arscher, who leads a sophisticated campaign of revenge against Count Falko (Holger Stockhaus). A hail of meteorites from space causes a stir and panics all of Falkenstein.
He thinks it is highly unlikely that people in the universe are the only ones with a little higher intelligence, said director Buck. “The unknown often creates fear and is rejected, but Bibi and Tina remain curious about the other. There’s also a song about it and not just that! ”He revealed in advance. Peter Plate, Ulf Sommer and their team are again responsible for the music.
