The Citibanamex app reports failures on Friday fortnight

Users of the Citibanamex mobile application report through social networks about failures in this service this Friday fortnight, and ensure that they cannot use this tool.

The banking company Citibanamex reported on Twitter that there is indeed an intermittence in its mobile banking service. In addition, it offered alternatives such as Bancanet (which operates from a computer) and its ATM network.

And although Citibanamex reported the failures a little over an hour ago, the service has not been restored because netizens continue to demand that the app still works.

The bank has responded that its technology team is working to restore the service as soon as possible.

The banking company suggested users use the ATM service.
